Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Logbook, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

Description of Service

Logbook is a personal note-taking application that allows you to create timestamped entries organized into separate logbooks. The app stores your data in your personal iCloud account.

License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, install, and use Logbook for your personal, non-commercial use.

Premium Subscription

Logbook offers a one-time Premium purchase that unlocks additional features, including unlimited logbooks. Premium purchases are processed through the App Store and subject to Apple’s terms and conditions.

Refunds

All purchases are processed through Apple’s App Store. Refund requests should be directed to Apple according to their refund policy.

User Responsibilities

Data and Privacy

Your data is stored in your personal iCloud account. We do not have access to your content or personal information. Please review our Privacy Policy for more details.

Intellectual Property

Logbook and all related content, features, and functionality are owned by Allen Ussher and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Disclaimers

Logbook is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits.

iCloud and Apple Services

Since Logbook uses iCloud for data storage, your use is also subject to Apple’s Terms of Service and iCloud Terms. We are not responsible for any issues related to iCloud service availability or functionality.

Updates and Modifications

We may update the app and these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
